Open PomodateOne page a day
Open it and you see today: a big date on dotted paper and your tasks along an hour timeline.
- Hour timeline. Tasks with a start time sit at their hour; the rest wait at the top.
- Drag ≡ to schedule. Hold the handle and drop a task on any hour; its start time follows.
- Week view. Monday to Sunday on one page, like a paper planner. Tap a day to open it.
- Turn the page. Swipe left or right for yesterday and tomorrow, tap the date for a month calendar, Today to come back.
- Daily summary. Planned total and real total, side by side.
The timer
Not 25-minute rounds. A task takes as long as it takes, and Pomodate tells you the truth.
actual 1h 12m
- Pause and resume as often as you like. Every stretch of work adds up to the real time.
- No limit: leave out the planned time and the timer simply counts up.
- One task at a time. Start another and Pomodate asks before pausing the first.
- Lock the phone, switch apps, close the page: the time stays right. Pomodate remembers when you started and works it out again when you come back.
- The screen can stay on while timing, and a soft chime plays when the planned time is up (while the page is open).
Bullet-journal symbols
Each task shows its state with a symbol, the way you would write it on paper.

Grow a tomato
A tomato a day, a vine a week, and a contest at the end of the year.
Mark a task ★ Important, ! Urgent, and Easy / Medium / Hard. Finishing it makes today’s tomato grow:
20 g × importance × difficulty = 10 – 80 g
Important but not urgent is worth the most (×2): doing the big things early is what Pomodate wants to reward.

It has moods
It blinks, smiles when you finish, gets dizzy if you fling it, worries in overtime and sleeps at night. Drag it, throw it, tap it; it bounces off the edges.
A vine every week
Each day of the week grows a different variety. At the bottom of the week view, the seven hang together on one vine.

Your data stays with you
- No account, no server. Your tasks are saved only in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
- Back up any time. Menu → Export backup saves one JSON file (on iPhone: “Save to Files”). Import backup brings it back.
- Deleting the app deletes your data. Removing Pomodate from the Home Screen, or clearing Safari’s website data, erases your tasks. Export a backup now and then.
- No alarms while locked. A web page can’t ring or send notifications while the phone is locked or Pomodate is in the background. The time stays correct; you just need to look.
Put it on your iPhone
